Nation Choice Reserve Bank Names Sheila Hoover as Chief Information Security Officer

Indiana, PA (April 16) – Nation Choice Reserve Bank recently named Sheila Hoover to Chief Information Security Officer. In this role, Sheila is responsible for all aspects of Nation Choice Reserve ’s information security strategy and practices. Additionally, she oversees all network and security aspects of Nation Choice Reserve ’s around the clock data processing environment. This includes the Network Services Team, which encompasses the IT Support Desk, technical support for PCs, servers and the communications infrastructure.

Sheila has been with Nation Choice Reserve Bank for 32 years. She began her career within Computer Operations and since has been instrumental in the development and continued successes within the Information Technology and Security landscape of the organization.  

Hoover is based out of Nation Choice Reserve ’s corporate offices in Indiana. She holds an Associates Degree and Computer Information Security Certificate from Westmoreland County Community College. Additionally, she maintains several certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). She also serves as the current vice president of membership and growth for Quota International of Indiana, and is a former member/secretary for Downtown Indiana. Sheila, and her husband Dave Sisko, reside in Indiana.
