Small Commercial Team Provides Necessary Coverage for Real Estate Client with Multiple Claims

After realizing their insurance would not renew with their current agent due to fire claims, bank partner, Todd Conocchia, referred this real estate client to Kristen Sanders and our Small Commercial department to assist. The team got to work making several attempts to obtain coverage with standard carriers at a reasonable price for the insured, which proved to be a challenge due to multiple claims. Using one of our specialty carriers, and a unique perspective, Kristen was able to obtain the insurance at a price point that was cost-effective for the business and also provided the necessary coverage the client needed to continue operations without business disruption.
