Small Commercial Lines Team Impacts Private Equity Firm's Bottom Line and Offers Efficiency and Necessary Streamlining

Showcasing the combined teamwork of our bank Brian Thompson, along with Mike Brainard referred their private equity client to Kristen Sanders from our Small Commercial department. Our team went to work to understand the pain points which included having several policies with multiple renewal and billing dates, as well as being categorized as a special market entity through their current broker (resulting in having to pay higher premiums). They were also frustrated with the lack of service and attention they were receiving with their current agent. After presenting the firm with a proposal that included combined policies, property schedules, and billing cycles our team confirmed they could be placed with a standard market carrier which resulted in a better rate and coverage, as well as a higher liability limit. We were able to prove the professionalism of our agency and the dedication of our service team to streamline the buying process and provide what was lacking faster and more efficiently. As a result, the firm asked for a second quote for multiple additional properties, which will also be bound without any business interruption.
