After being introduced by a former lending partner last year, Chris Snyder and our Risk Management team uncovered through discussions that the owner was unhappy with how his current broker was servicing his account. Upon introduction, it was clear the owner was frustrated with their lack of immediacy when it came to communication and not being proactive with remarketing his account to provide him the best coverage and cost savings.
