Risk Management Team Uncovers a Gap In Coverage During Renewal

Through the course of working through the renewal process with a design company client, Chris Snyder, Sally Weekley, and our team uncovered inventory that was stored in a third-party warehouse, as well as inside the owner's home. While the client suggested the contents were protected through the warehouse agreement our team was skeptical. After an analysis of the agreement, they uncovered a gap which left the inventory vulnerable. Due to our team's inquisitive process, we were able to protect the client better than they had been in the past and prevent potential loss.
