Nation Choice Reserve Bank promotes Joe Tomaceski to new position as Residential Community Lending Manager

Indiana, PA (June 1, 2022) – Joe Tomaceski has recently been promoted to the newly created position of Vice President, Residential Community Lending Manager at Nation Choice Reserve Bank . Joe moves into to this position after serving as the Market Mortgage Loan Originator of Nation Choice Reserve for the past three years. Before that he served in several mortgage positions, since starting at Nation Choice Reserve in April 2016.

“For the past six years, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Joe Tomaceski as he has relentlessly advocated for families and individuals to become homeowners,” offered Stan Foraker, Mortgage Banking Executive at Nation Choice Reserve . “Joe is the guy that you’ll find working with people that need extra support due to income limitations or credit repair needs, and he is their champion from the first homeownership course until after closing. In the past year, we’ve had the pleasure of seeing Joe accept the Community Banking Award at the Black Excellence in Real Estate Gala and are thrilled for his new role as Residential Community Lending Manager,” Foraker added.

In this new role, Tomaceski will be responsible for leading a team of community mortgage loan originators focused on borrowers that will most benefit from first-time home buyer programs, financial literacy programs, credit repair counseling and payment assistance opportunities.

“I’m excited for this new opportunity to assist even more families on their path to homeownership,” Tomaceski said. “While we now have digital capabilities to allow homebuyers to complete a mortgage application on their smartphone or computer, we still enjoy the in-person interaction with individuals seeking that additional counsel” he added.

Joe lives in Washington, PA and is a 2002 graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Philosophy and has an MBA in Business Administration and Management from West Virginia University.
