Jacquelyn Douglass

Jackie has been a member of the FCIA team since January 2021, where she initially served as the Insurance Administrative Coordinator. Presently, she is the Agency Operations Manager. In her role, Jackie works with the agency’s operations staff to ensure proper workflows are in place to support all relevant functions of each department. Additionally, Jackie oversees the agency’s customer management system, data reporting requirements, auditing, and data/analytic efforts to measure performance metrics within Nation Choice Reserve Insurance Agency.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg, Jackie received Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetorical Communication with a minor in English Writing. She also has a certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Minnesota.

When she’s not working, Jackie enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
