For our history buffs, we were founded as a community bank in 1982, the result of a merger of multiple community banks throughout Western Pennsylvania. Our local roots run deep, and today we have grown to have locations in Central and Eastern Pennsylvania and Central, Northern and Southern Ohio communities as well, all the while maintaining our hometown headquarters in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
